so.. it was ok whether.. i thought id take the bike for a proper spin..

first time on bike apart from CBT, which i did a month ago..

didnt stall it that much.. but i lovved it

now i know why i got a bike instead of a car

obviously sped a bit.. and shit myself a bit

but its all good

now just cant wait to get back from work and do the same tonight..

I used to make up the most pathetic excuses to go and ride my 1st bike.

Its raining here too, its a shame I want to ride the FZR and get some miles under my belt before winter.

Rain! Whats up with the youth of today I remember, long ago (1980), I had an AP50, the geared one, you did not have to do a CBT etc then. On the stroke of midnight on my 16th birthday I took the bike out. Pitch black, torrential rain etc. I rode it round till 5 in the morning, soaked, cold but very happy.

Mopeds then were also not restricted, I got, on the clock, 68mph out of that thing, lying down on the seat with my feet behind me! It was faster than my FS1e. The only thing that was faster was my mates Garreli.
