Seems you are a tad slow at reading, that being a few months ago (although not got any more since then).

Can't get out more. Too many bikes to fix first.

All the best

That was kickstart? Guy who keeps 42 bikes in a shed full of sheets?

Good story if so. Worry i may end up headed that way myself, although lack of a huge shed is keeping it in check at the mo!

So, let me get this right. I was the only one to skim over the article and think 'mentalists' only to re-read it a few days later and realise it was our very own Karma Super Hero Shocked

You could fit a nice Jerram and Pearson Water Cooled Mower, some spare garden trellis and a Barbeque set in that garage and still have room for a game of Swingball Wink

First time I've seen that scanned too, surely you can't ride all of them on the road, the cost of tax and insurance for the lot would be astronomical Shocked

Hi,

They are not all on the road at the same time. Insurance is not too bad as most are on a classic policy. Tax & MOT are big outgings hence not all on the road it is a pain with all the sorn as well though.
The other thing is something always needs doing to one of them.

Regards
Charlotte

I figured some would have to be off the road, but doesn't that defy the whole point of having them, don't you wake up one day and think "fancy a ride on the rs125 today(example) oh bugger its off the road!"?
Then again I suppose theres so many bikes in there anyway you'd never bother even attempting to get the ones at the back out Razz

Hi

Yes we are picking up Frans GPZ this weekend, but due to storage space it will have to be stripped down fairly quickly. Doesn't really count when there is no chance it will go back on the road.

All the best

Ah, ive seen the scanned one now. For some reason i assumed Kickstart was in his 40s/50s with a white moustache. I have absolutely no idea why i would think that....

But anyway, groovy bike collection, and still ridiculous even if there arent 42 of them!
