I'm supposed to be helping a friend out at a local quiz night. She wants a music round, I can easily download music and most themes from Kaza, but I have found loads of sites that have Realtime clips from TV shows and adverts and have no idea of how to save them so I can burn them to a CD.

Any ideas?

Heres an example:

Many tahnks in advance.

right click that link and click Save as

save it somewhere you can fine, do this to all the MP3's that you want to "borrow" from the site.

Open Nero Startsmart, then click on the Musical note (Audio), then click on make Audio CD, a new window will open up, on the right hand side is the contents of your PC, on the left is your blank list.

find where you placed all your MP3's on the right hand column, click them (either 1 by 1 or drag a box and select them all) then drag them over to the far left window.

once you've done this you can sort them into any order you want by dragging them up and down the list on the heft hand side.

all finished? then click BURN at the top, insert a blank CD and that's it.

will play on all cd players Thumbs Up

I was having trouble when the shortcut is in the address bar and the music bar is present on the screen, why cannot I right click and save? It works when I copy it on to the post above but not direct from the web page?

Most websites hosting music and vids are able to disable right-click & save functions. Some even give you a cheeky message when you try. I've often had to resort to using a capture program, like FRAPS (which, for some strange reason, doesn't work since I got this digital LCD monitor).

I've seen those pathetic messages when you try and highlight something Rolling Eyes What do they think you want to do, download and save them for free Shifty
