His name is on the producer, and yes Stinkwheel HORT1 was the only thing I got, they said several times the only reason they were fininfg + points was to be sure wouldnt do it again, unless was really stupid.

Sounds like the cops took it easy on you, if they had took you in to establish your identities you'd both be banned - you for no insurance and a pillion and him for permitting. You got lucky.

why is it people do things that are not wise to do then panic later esp on taking a pillion when not suppose to.now I don't want to fight or argue but lesson learned hopefully and never doing that again.most people would agree with me esp if they or you crashed into them! thus your insurance being invalid and them being maybe out of pocket and bike<not good>
