vortex 50cc kids quad bike starting problems...help !!!

can anyone help me with this problem on the quad.....it only has electric start & is a total headache tryin to get it running from cold....?
even when hot i still struggle sometimes,basically the battery will run to the death before it even starts firing from the motor.......the bike is brand new and only been used for a single outing aprox 2hrs use from new.
it has been put away for around 18 months and is still a pig to try and start........coz it has no kick or gears it will kill the battery every time without getting it going...........it is a 50cc 4 sroke.....got fresh petrol in it and it has no choke.

anyone any ideas......???

i think it might be the carb set up or a electrical fault..........>???

would a better spark plug do the job.........???
i cannot get it done on warranty coz i have had it so long.......even though it has only had 2hrs use from new........thanx daz.

Check all the fuel lines and the tap if it has one. Being new still sort of it could of had a prob before you bought it, Try a new spark plug and a fully charged battery.

ok........thanx,i will replace the plug and check it over for fuelling.......to be honest it seems fine once you can actually get it to fire up.....thats so long as the battery doesn't give up first.
i can crank it over for several minutes before the motor gives out a single fire.......i have never known anything like it.
i paid £550-00 for it at the time brand new and think myself it is of cheap china crap quality !!!
i got a 4-sroke thinking it would be less tempremental than a 2 stroke........how wrong could i have been......??????

anyhow has anybody heard of anywhere for parts on these cheap china bikes....... ( vortex 50 )
i have never even heard of them until i bought this off ebay...........only had 1 outing and noticed from the moment it came out of the crate that there was a problem getting the swine to start up..........pitty i cannot bump start it........i will now rip it to bitz and see if i can suss out the problem.........if anyone has anymore ideas of the problem solving on this quad,please get in touch.........all the knowledge i can get the better !!!
