Hi Iam thinking of getting a Kymco CK125 but wanted to know if anyone here knew anything about them, the sales rep told me that they are a new company but they could not fault them, he said "they were sound as a CG125" what does everyone think? Also what do you think the resale value of it would be a new one on the road cost £1599. Again the sales rep said that they had a CK125 which was four years old and they P/X for £1100, is this true or was he just trying for a sale???

i have a very high opinion of them. the CK is the new model of the pulsar. difference are a bikini fairing and alloy wheels instead of steel spokes but essentially they are the same bike.

reliable and cheap to run. great for learning on and picking up some mechanical knowledge if you carry out out service work yourself.

i wouldnt buy a new one though as your gonna loose a lot of money when it comes time to selling it...they can be had for less than £1000 on ebay.

i'd be very surprised if they gave £1100 in a P/X on a 4 year old one.

The part exchange sum is utter mince. Laughing I too own a Kymco and think they're quite underrated bikes. I'd try and track down a second hand one if I were you, once you wheel it out of the showroom, you won't sell it for more than £900. Shocked
