Only place I can think of is Warrington Motorcycles. They used to be the main dealer for Hyosung, don't know if they still are. Other option is to take the seals out and hopefully they will have the sizes marked on them or you could measure them and match to another bike.

Loads of places can refurb your tubes, cost from about £90 if you strip yourself to about £160 for the full service.

Take the old seal out and go along to any Bearing, come gasket, come seal, shop (Have a look in the yellow pages for any local)

In almost all cases the sizes will be stamped onto the seal, if not the shop will measure it and get you one to suit.

Cost me £3 for a pair of new seal for my GPZ, and they where taken off the self. If your replacing one fork seal replace the other too.

If you know the size then i suggest this guy on ebay. Has seals for just about anything.

https://stores.ebay.co.uk/riovista120078_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm

He sells bearings and seals. Just email with the bike, and if possible the size.

Hope that helped.

Cheers,
Shaun

If there is any pitting where the seals move on the forks then you will
need to recrome them.

Either buy a set of forks from ebay, I wonder if some forks from a Honda CG125 would fit? or send the stanchions of to https://www.allbikeengineering.co.uk/

Or the cheapest option would be this that Stinkwheel posted.

'You can do a bodge repair on pitted forks that is very effective although not all that aesthetic.

Firstly, clean all the rust off, down to bare metal, make sure you get rid of any flakes of chrome and scrape the rust out of the pits with a stanley knife blade.

Degrease the stanchions thoroughly using a solvent, you must completley remove all traces of oil clinging to them.

Now get some Araldite epoxy resin, it is improtant to use the original slow setting stuff (now marketed as precision?), NOT araldite rapide which absorbs water and swells over time.

Mix it up and skim over all the damaged parts of the fork stanchions, try to use as little as will fill the defects whilst still having it standing a little proud of the surface.

Leave to set for AT LEAST 24 hours.

Now using progressivley finer grades of wet and dry paper, polish down the araldite 'till it is perfectly smooth and level with the rest of the chrome surface, finish off with a cream polishing agent like autosol then a wax polish.

This works, I have done it many times. The critical parts are 1) How clean and grease free you get the surfaces. 2) The amount of elbow grease expended polishing.

Fit gaiters.

works well

Smile
