Can anyone help me find a Shop/Service manual for a 1968 Honda CB350K with twins? I specifically need to know how to line up the timing gear on the cam, which cylinder is #1 and how to set the points. If anyone knows where I could download the manual online or tell me how to set these things I would greatly appreciate it.

Ooh. Fast bike. Cool

I could have asked my mate but he's on the Isle of Man racing his at the moment.

Does it have a torsion bar instead of valve springs? If so, it could well be very similar to a CB450 Black Bomber from the point of view of finding a manual.

I think the 250K had torsion-bar, so I suppose the 350 would.

As luck would have it.... I found one Haynes 250 and 350 twins workshop manual in the loft under the insulation! God alone knows how long it had been up there....

Can let you have it for less than £10 if you are in the UK!

p.s. Valves use normal coil springs, not torsion bar. 350K was an overbored 250K4 and available from 1972. Only K4 versions were made of the 350.
