Here's my beauty - A green/purple/white ZX7R. It's my first bike so I love her to death. I've done all polishing on the rear rim. The front is getting polished as we speak. The rear took about 12-15 hours of hard work... but it's worth it if you ask me.

Be aware of the crazy rear blinkers placement Very Happy. It's from the previous owner but it has been changed now. I've returned the passenger thingie for the hands. Looks better.

The mirrors were removed when I got it. The previous owner thought that it looked much better. Pure stupidity Laughing

And the plates - Since I'm 17 I haven't begun riding yet Very Happy

Don't see why removing mirrors is stupid, long as you use your eyes you'll be fine.

Nice bike btw!

Well, I have this reflex when I stop. I always look in the mirrors in case someone can't stop behind me. Without the mirrors I have to turn my head and that's not a good idea when you have cars in front of you... and it's a lot easier with mirrors.

You have to be 18 to be able to ride restricted bikes (25 kw)Sad

After 2 years you'll automatically get rid of the limit. But I'm not planning to keep it restricted Rolling Eyes

Is my country the only one where they let 17 year olds ride any size bike they want? As long as they can afford to pay through the nose for insurance?

Very nice bike bojje!

Nice bike, probably my fav Kwak.
Ahhh Sweden, I had such a good time there last year and Gothenburg in particular, the theme park there is great, Liseberg Park? My Friend Per is half swedish and has a house in Varmland but we stayed with his nan for a while in Gothenburg.
How hard is it to get a bike lisence? Didn't you used to automatically be able to ride motorcycles on the road once you passed your car lisence in Sweden too?

Did nt really like riding the bike without mirrors. Shoulder checks are ok but for general glances they are an unecessary evil, saying that, I can only see my shoulders in mine anyways Laughing

Well it's pretty hard getting a license for bikes, particularly in Gothenburg where more than 50% fail on driving tests. Gothenburg's pretty much the worst place in Sweden statistically (my typical luck).

And yeah... in the 80's the whole package was included. If you had a car license, you had everything.

Started to polish my rims yesterday, stripped off the paint to find the whole wheel had been blasted - so it'll either take alot more work now, or they might just get sprayed black! Thumbs Up

I wouldnt worry about the mirrors. If you are the same size as me, all I can see out of mine is my elbows! Have to move my head all over the place to get a look behind!
