the way i did it....
detail sander all over the frame to take the powder coating off, with, rough then medium then fine paper.
then get loads of wet and dry sandpaper, rough medium and fine, then go over the whole frame again working from rough to fine, then get a polishing kit and go over it with the stuff they give u, then get some AutoSol and go over the whole frame with a nice bit of elbow greese
ta daaa, one polished frame.
p.s. i ripped everything off the frame before i started polishing, ie: engine, electrics, forks, wheels... u get the idea  ____________________ -Zimma |
