Saw "The Wickerman" remake last night.....thought that it would be the usual Yank crap remakes, but it was actually very good. They made a good job of transporting the film over (still no where near as good as the full version of the original)

Rented 'The Ringer' last night. Wasn't as funny as I thought it would be and they threw together a crappy ending rounding everything off in about 2 minutes.

6.5/10

Just watched the 4 dvd box set of the BBC drama The Lakes with John Simm. Brilliant. It re-reminded me that John Simm is one of my fave British actors. Then I was lucky enough to catch the first Life On Mars on Bravo last Monday night....sweet!

The Wickerman 2006

Nicholas Cage plays the main character in the remake. Would be better if you don't know what the films about but i'd recommend seeing it, the stroy isn't boring so it keeps you intrested in the movie but if you've seen the old one theres not much suprise.

Very good twist at the end.

Severance.

I think it's a horror film but it's got great comedy bits that make the film, the pie scene is great! Anyway it's a good laugh & i liked it. Shame more horror films can't follow it.

Saw 'The Business' today on dvd, its pretty good! Imagine GTA: Vice City the movie..... its exactly like it Frankie, played by Danny Dyer, he starts off as a Driver for this guy who owns a club which is EXACTLY like the malibu club from VC Very Happy it has the same music inside! has about 4 songs in total from the Vice city soundtrack, its unreal how similar it is. Cant really describe it, its a movie full of drug dealings, and double crossing partners, with a few babes and machine guns thrown in Very Happy
