I had an idea (well, not much else to do at work)

From what I have heard if you get a ban and have to retake your test, you only have to do a single test even if you have multiple classes on your licence. ie, if you have both car and bike you can retake one test and regain both entitlements.

Maybe the same applies if you do a test for a class you didn't have before. ie if you did your car test you might get car entitlement and also get your bike entitlement back.

Not sure if this would work, but it may be worth checking out (way to get a free car licence)

AFAIK if you have more than one entitlement on your license you only have to do one test. Although its an interesting idea and zim would need driving lessons

Personally I wouldn't let him on the road with a car. Why? Because he's expressed concern about my car driving skills in computer games and says he'll never get into a car with me. So as it goes, it has to be double standards.

Plus knowing the Z-man he'd probably swing the vehicle round corners, try to make the car jump over bridges and speed bumps and test the brakes to their full extent. Oh and I must not forget that he'd probably challenge every bike to a race fully knowing that he'd lose just so that he could see it speed off.

I told Korn a while back that my initial idea was to secretly do my CBT, then my full test and stuff it in Zim's mexican looking face (that wasn't meant as an insult).

Kev - We were talking about how being old helps in the insurance stakes the other day. Got my insurance renewal through the other day, they have taken me down to two years NCB until the claim is settled on my Blade and it's still only £640. The monthly payments actually work out less than my old policy as well, the montly APR has dropped!

Insurance companies piss me off no end, third party claim against Egg. Avoid Egg at all costs, bunch of incompetents like I've never seen before and I've dealt with Bennetts in the past! Now I've just got the Assessor giving me the run around, he's become Mr Invisible. Hope your claim goes better than mine.
