£560 so far. It was supposed to be a toy a 1990 at that, and 've now found out its a 87. I'd rather sell it and pay the money that i would be on that and a bit more on a newer 250

Found out more, It was a 85 piston in it, which is slightly longer that explains it hitting the crank. Also this piston is 66mm it should have a piston in it for that year of 66.4. I've had the barrell remeasured and its indicating 67.14 so i think i'll put in a 66.4 with a .5 oversize. This would give a 66.9 and piston to bore clearence of 0.24. Is this acceptable i.e too tight or too slack Laughing
