That was far too much BS , I think I maybe the subject of a BS sexual harrassment claim , I know I'm innocent CCTV will prove it.

problem is mud sticks even to the innocent and people are prejudiced,

What should I do?

Fight it tooth and nail using CCTV evidence , the fact that I never talk or do anything to her, and totally annilate her claim and make her look like the bad person? , leaving is not an option it ALWAYS implies guilt, I'm in a harsh destroy people type of mood.

Unless there is evidence to support this ladie's alligation you shouldn't worry about it.(I know thats easy to say when your not being accused of harrassing a thiry stone female.)

There will be an investigation that will come to nothing. Seen it happen about four or five times now.

From a HR point of view you will be lucky if any disciplinary action is taken against the woman for making false accusations.

Ask for a copy of the accusation and any supporting statements. Ask for a copy of any CCTV tapes that cover the alleged incident(s). DON'T take no for an answer here - tell them you will need them for your legal advisor and any subsequent tribunal.

Find a solicitor who will give you a free consultation and tell him the facts. (You might have to try a couple though) If they think you have a case, go for the bitches throat and drag her into court.

if your innocent people will see it, people will know the kind of person you are and good mates will stand bye you, also who in their right mind would cop a feel of a 30 stone man thing, you may have burshed into her, how can you tell the bits from the fat of someone that size.

Get the video and get yourself some revenge and clear her out, one thing i hate more than anything is people who lie like that and attempt to destroy other peoples lifes and names just so they can get some attention or money. They should be shot imo because as you said sometimes even though your innocent people still are predjudice and mud does seem to stick.
