last day ebay negative feedback

Does anyone know what the maximum amount of days is you can leave it before leaving feedback for an eBay seller? I want to leave negative feedback but I want to do it on the last day so that they can't then leave me negative feedback as well when they see it.

It used to be 31 days didn't it but I think its changed now?

I read somewhere that it's a month using the normal feedback link in myebay but there is another page you can go to that allows you to leave it for up to 3 months.

eBay have cracked down on that I think.

If you leave negative feedback on the last possible, I'm fairly sure eBay give the person another week to respond.
