The cold tap in the kitchen makes a really loud banging/vibrating noise when it's turned on more than a dribble. I'm presuming this is an airlock as the tap shouldn't be faulty it's only a couple of months old.
Any idea how to fix? Quite a big building with lots of rooms, if that makes it any more complicated

agree with lozzy .
under your sink (or somewhere in the house) find the mains water valve . i reckon its turn up to much . just turn it down a little .
i aint a plumber but it worked for me
