and i wake back up at 8 and im totally fine....not fucked

i guess my body has just adapted or somming

i for some reason cant goto sleep early

I roughly sleep around 6-7 hours a night but definately need more as I do feel fatigued in the morning but thats coz I go to the gym everyday and it takes it out on my body but usually if i miss out on sleep I always catch it up the next day and I will be fine.
