So what pissed you off at work today? I found out that the bosses are more evil devious and underhand than first thought.

What pissed me off was the bonus scheme which the bosses have gone back on we have a target at the office which says we are allowed 50% of anything above the target, apportioned to the tune of our salaries.We billed 112K from working hard, the target was 30K and is generally considered unobtainable unnormal circumstances.

This is pretty remarkable and was made up entirely from small £200 jobs 100s of the bugger things.

The bosses jammed up the billing system all day issuing credit notes to everybody and then reissuing the bills in their OWN name. This was taking the piss more so was that the MD had the cheek to repremand us over our low billing.

Each of us expected at least £200 bonus or some extra time off, the £200 would have gone straight into the new bike fund.

Quid pro quo this month we shall be working extra extra slow ie jobs that take 10 minutes will take 10 hours and completed jobs will be hidden behind the printer and unbilled.

Man Siggi is right the whole system is rigged against us..... this is ontop of the pensions conspiracy which my collegue unearthed.


I almost felt tempted to stick Choraform in their tyres on my way out.

( i mend carbine incert drills and cutters for companys including ford, rolls royce, BEA, balfor and seat and some other companys around europe, (must admit the french consignents are the worst, they pay the least and expect tollerences finer than the makers, 0.05mm instead of 0.1 the knobs, and it has to look perfect,) ok so thats every day,
today I forgot my wallet and could have murdered a kitkat after my dinner

Found out today that the company directors got a 12% bouns last month and we only get a 2% pay rise, nine fu*king pence for me which is a fu*king insult when l am doing a job that the min pay is normally £11-12 per hour and l,m in still on the apprentice rate of £6 per hour even though l finshed my apperticeship back in june. The whole company structure and the way the fitters/wiremen/engineers are treated is like a medieval feudal system



Should hopfully have a new job by the end of this month

Mine is the usual whinge.

Our 'Team leader' is off on holiday so the rest of the help desk take the piss. Surf the net, personal emails and personal phone calls etc. I wouldn't mind, but when they then have a back-log of queries to deal with they whinge that they are over-worked.

Oh and a guy had the audacity to whinge at me because his cat died when he had noticed it was unwell and couldn't urinate on Saturday but waited untill Monday evening before doing anything about it. Net result, fucked kidneys. Wasn't my case in the first place, I never even saw it.

I've just found out that a nigerian man wants to give me $20 Million!!!! It's something to do with a bloke in a car crash who was my long lost relative, which is sad.

Not sure where Mr Nigerian got the idea i was Japanese though

Today I'm having another wonderful day. Rolled in at 8.30 on the dot, made myself a nice cup of tea. Read through some paperwork in preparation for my 9.30 meeting.

Got to my meeting and was asked "Now what were we meant to do? I can't remember", which led into a lovely relaxing meeting discussing the poor grammar and presentation of Joint Governance Reports for the ICS. Finally got it back on topic and managed to get the information I wanted, so am now back at my desk with a cup of coffee ready to start putting a first draft for a report framework together.

Think I might just close my door and listen to my iPod while I work
