Think I heard something on the radio this morning about a fire at D&K.

Was I dreaming, and if not anyone know any more?

It was indeed on fire. Apparently it started in a forklift in the basement at around 8pm last night. I don't know how serious tho.

Damn thats alot of bikes if it has gone up in flames, near the 500 mark i would say.

Mike - more like over 1000! It cant be that bad cos its not mentioned in the local paper or on the local bbc news. And the story had disappeared from the radio news by mid afternoon as well.

it was in the paper colin on page 5 there aint much damage really it was still fully open today the sprinklers controlled it until the fire department got there!

In the sentinel? Not in this edition its not. They must of added it in the later ones.

Ah well, at least it ain't all gone up in smoke.

I'll find out if there was any real damage tomorrow a woman at work her boyfriend works there he was also the last one out of the building that night!
