Thanks to Viper i have got a lot more power from myNSR by getting the RC Valve to operate, although it feels like it isnt opening fully, is there a setup guide for it or does anyone have any info about it. Thanks any help will be great!!!

Take the little cover off which says 'RC VALVE', (2 allen bolts). There should be a line engraved on the rotor and one stationary one on the rc cover attatched to the cylinder. Turn engine on, rev to bout 5000rpm (after warming up) valve should move so that another engraved line lines up with the stationary one. This means full movement is happening
