Do you buy food from a local shop? Ask there, or in a vets as they probably know the best in your area

My local shop sells them at a young age, i'm looking for older ones, also they charge a high price for them.

Rather than asking members of a bike forum, why don't you ask on a forum more suitable to the topic?

I thought it was going to be a topic about mother-in-laws.

www.livefood.co.uk is a good starter for reptiles for sale.

Be aware that you will need to get your beardie sexed first as well as getting the one you want to buy sexed too.

2 females = ok
2 males = death
1 male 1 female = lots of problems (medical billage)

Also, ensure that they are of similar size because if you dont there is a chance of bullying to occurr, to the point that the smaller dragon will stop eating and be dead within a couple of weeks.

Better to do your homework now, than shell out £100 for a shitload of problems..

buy a seperate vivarium if you are buying another one

putting them together is a bad idea.

as written before males put together will fight to the death.

put a male with a female and it will rape the female all the time.

and female with female which is the only viable option

one of them will end up bullying the other one and eating all the food.

they dont live together like that in the wild.

dont get me wrong, it is possible with two females, but i aint gonna say its easy.

I do it, and i enjoy the interaction..but they will still bite chunks out of each other...

I went to France for a week last week, and i gave my beardie to my mate who has a female one, about 5 months old, mine is 8 months.
They got along fine, the just hugged on the log most of the day.
In the wild they sometimes just bath together in the sun, in reptile shops they have up to 10 beardies in a viv and they all chill out together.
