Its a scam, whenever you see something which is usually very expensive, pretty cheap, and it says 'restricted to pre apporved bidders', its a scam.
People 'buy it now' because they dont want to miss out, the con man buggers off with the cash! (hence he has about 12 of the same item for sale).

It was someone put a bike on ebay for 3.500 but it is worth well more.
The thing is they put the same bike on at least 20 times and the same
with a new type mine car 3,500 about 20 times. Bad scam.
