Im now in a bad mood!

Parked up outside my local pub inbetween 2 cars in a row of 8 or 9 on double yellow lines. After finishing a few redbulls come out to go home and find a penalty charge notice stuck to my screen, none of the cars had a notice at all just my bike! must have been the attendents idea of a sick joke!

Took a lovely picture of my standing by the bike with the notice and the clear car windscreens! which will be forwarded to mcn.

on another note the parking attendent has put his number on the ticket but hasnt signed it?

Do i have grounds for an appeal? an does the ticket still apply if unsigned?

No it does not! Citizens advice will tell you the same Very Happy Phone the ticket office at your local council (phone number usually on the ticket) and tell them its incomplete, and you are not paying it. They will ask u to send a letter in and a copy of the ticket (ALWAYS keep a copy for yourself incase they try and pull your pants down).

Its the same for speeding tickets etc, if anything is not filled in or is incorrect, (i.e. location or number plate etc) it is invalid.

Send them a photo copy, as if you send them it they will just sign it then I would reckon Rolling Eyes

Yeah, I think that the fact that it's unsigned means that someone's just taking the piss. If they had signed it, you could've tracked them down (so to speak), and they would've been in serious $hit for not treating the cars in the same manner.
