hi,someone smashed into the back of my 02 plate nsr 125 today,causing a bit of rear end damage and the right hand side plastics to brake and be scratched,also damaged was indicators and front brake lever !!!
do you think my insurance company will write the bike off or get it repaired???

I'd have thought on an '02 plate, it'd be repaired.. can't be more than a couple hundred quid for the plastics, and maybe another £100 labour..

if any of the frame is bent it will be a write off.

the tail unit does look twisted,but iam not sure if thats just because the under tray and stuff is broken,plus the frane has some scratches on it.

hard to say I go to breakers yards quite often and you see these really nice CAT D and C write offs which are no more than smashed headlights , broken yokes / wheels fairings exhausts.
