Whats wrong with my eyes?

Hi all , have you ever looked at the sun? and it hurts your eyes and you have to squint and they water ? well my eyes have started to get sore and if i go outside or look at the telly this happens and they sting and just water like mad.

Anyone know what it is? its not conjuctive-eyetus by any chance is it?

Cheers joe the contact lense one is probably why because my glasses are broke so ive had my contacts in longer than i should do so i can see .
