We ought to have a thread for most bizarre obect in a tyre.
Not especially bizarre but I had a pop rivet in mine once.

My personal danger area is filtering up to the front of a line of cars at traffic lights. You pass through all the muck and bullets in the middle of the road where the cars don't go and POP! there goes another tyre.

I've had nails, screws, glass, flint and probably other objects that I fail now to recall.
