I ignore all the xmas goings on until November. At that point I become a child and look forward to it!

Anything to pass the winter months.

When i see xmas stuff in the shops it sickens me. Sick boody depressing! dont get me wrong its nice sitting in your livingroom with teh fire giong and twinkling lights on the tree, its the hassel of going to a supermarket filled with xmas shit and standing in ques with screaming children! trying to get through a shopping centre without small kids smacking off your helmet (which i secretly enjoy) is impossible.

Bring on another fight filled xmas where to be honest i dont hardly spend a penny as i refuse to give into that shit.

You are only moaning about it now?

It was a month ago that we had our xmas stock in where I used to work.

Not liking the warm weather though, don't feel wintry yet, i'm waiting for snow and as I now I live more up north than I used too i'm hoping for more snow than we got down sarf! Very Happy

I like it from about 20th Dec to about 3rd Jan*. Which is where it should stay.

* Edit - only because of the general having a good timeness of it - none of this religious claptrap, thanks.

What's more annoying? Seeing Christmas stuff in the shops this early or seeing people bloody moan about it being early every bloody year?

For some people who have to spread their Christmas spending over a few months it's good to be able to buy stuff now.

I started in october one year for presents as i got paid monthly ans spread it out.

Does anyone still go mad on gifts? I noticed a decline every year with family members to the point where they give nothing now and me likewise.

The building they store the xmas lights in got demolished here, so St. Austell and Newquay have both had their lights up as of 2 weeks ago.
