What bike do you see yourself with realistically? Do you have a plan? or do you stumble accross something and just have it?

Not sure myself, theres a couple i'm pondering, it'll come down to how much time is available for playing, rideing because I want to more over because I have to, will probably keep current bike (worth much more as a spare than it would fetch) theres also going to be a need to extend the garage

Hoping to get a nearly new ural and sidecar (although some intense test rideing will have to happen first) maybe later swap the main bike for an old pan euro if a cheap one comes up.. allways wanted more than one bike, luckly there not allot of space so its not going to become a kickstartish sized collection (couldn't cope with the choices!)

Next year I want an SV650S (must be 03' or later - aka. a pointy!) and then some lower fairings and crash bungs for it. Maybe a hugger too. But of course I have to pass my test first!

Wouldn't mind getting a more powerful aircooled 70s jap, perhaps to stick a sidecar on. A GS850 would be just perfect for the job.

Realistically? I'll probably just end up making more alterations to my current bike. Though I also have the dilemma of whether to 'rat' my honda bros or tidy it up and have it as a 'shiny' bike.

idealy id have sold the zxr400 and kept the zx7r while finding a car for the winter.
In realitly i think ill end up buying a cg125 or some shitter of a bike to get me through the crap weather and keep all three bikes running so ive got a choice to play on. hmm any more and ill be starting to sound like kickstart.
im just waiting for a decent priced super moto to buy, lol.

I have been and still am considering one of these BMW Dakar 650's after having looked at one earlier this year when Nick got his GS. Just thought it would be a change to the norm that you see on the roads here, and yes naturally I do like them. Have seen a brand newie KTM Dakar last wk parked up in town but didnt look as nice IMO. Wont be til next year now, if I had the income to back it I would keep the hornet too but no chance of that :

Well my restrictions up in September so the GS500F will be derestricted. Considering either a thundercat, CBR600F or ER6F - problem is I want to keep the 500 for commuting so not sure how this will work as lack of garage space.

Hubbie wants a GSXR600 in the spring so maybe he will sell the Fazer and swap to one of my choices above for us to share.

When doing my DAS I always looked towards a CBR600F.
Would also love a GSXR600 or 750... but will have to wait until my experience, confidence and finances are up to the task.

Currently riding a GPZ500S - a bit of a winter hack, but it does everything I want at the moment, and I'm using it to build up my no claims on the insurance. Although, it was cheap enough that if I happen to drop it I'm not going to lose too much sleep over it.

The problem is that no one bike will do everything. I've got a 2005 Blade that I love to bits but quite fancy something a bit more upright for commuting & touring. Am waiting to see what the BMW800GS is like - although my husband is trying to persuade me to get a Harley. Hmmm decisions Decisions
