Pumpkins Getting Back Together!

Well i only go into the Pumpkins a few months before they broke up and was in Glasgow when they were playing one of their very last gigs and i could have gotten into it as i was talking to a guy that works in the SECC.. but i didn't have time, all i had was the view of the building from the bridge.. it was sad, very sad...

but they're getting back together and are recording a new album as we speak, corgan, chamberlin and probably auf de maur (of whatever her name is) no d'arcy or james iha though but still, hopefully i'll get to see the band perform live and this time i wont bloody miss it!

Wouldn't expect much, probably just a commercial venture because Billy Corgon wasn't getting enough attention as a solo artist

I quite like the pumpkins last two albums, so if they carry on where they left off then I might pleasantly surprised. However far more likely it'll be more like the childish and commercial mid ninties stuff Don't think the lack of Iha/darcy is a bad thing as I don't think they ever contributed anything to the music. Jimmy Chamberlin on the other hand is one kickass drummer.
