i have an nsr125r1 from switzerland just wondered if the exhaust restriction is concealed further down the pipe than normal cos i took the exhaust off a couple of weeks ago and just looked where it usualy is and couldnt see it but i didnt look further down and i didnt fancy taking it off again cos im lazy like that lol. any help would be much appreciated

Do you know what you were looking for. It isnt really visible as such. A tube is welded within the exhaust tubing to make it narrower. Check out www.nsr125.com for details of what to do.

this is not the same exhaust as in the UK. if you want to know , take off exhaust , take a length of wire , make a tighten loop at the end , introduce wire inside then after about 8" the progress will be stop by the restrictor and to take that off you need to cut down the pipe , take off restrictor then resolder the 2 parts .
