bbc 1, only ten mins left but there has been some proper stupid riders on here. One just drove down a back garden and tried leg it but fell into a shed and got trapped between bike and shed lmao!! Brilliant Razz

No he didn't. He let the chase go on to long so they bought in a Helicopter.

He lost them and didn't leave the area or ditch the bike. He had the whole of the A13 to use and went west towards London. If he'd gone east at 150mph he would have outrun the Helicopter and could have disappeared into the ripple road industrial area which is a massive maze or even jumped over the border to Essex constabularies area where the MET would have had a lot less support.

Sometimes its good to know your area well. Cool

Yes I agree. I was sitting there thinking you can do this on that bike mate, But I did not want to post such a tactic. Notice they only show the cases where the biker lost.

I really am not condoning that sort of behaviour but it would be nice to see the pilots saying "fuck it we lost him".

He was VERY close to a ....actually I should not post what I am thinking.

Fuel would seem to be an essential, although if you have nicked the bike you are a grade one fucker anyway.

the worst bit was the "innocent "vectra driver who pulled out without looking onto the stolen bmw.
the bm wasnt going that fast and the vectra had plenty of time to look.
im glad it bought a car thief to a halt but it could easily have been somebody just out minding thier own biusness.
or a bike wich could have been going much quicker.
as for the kids on mopeds surely a sniper would be a cheaper and more pemanent solution

Well it looked as though he was at least double the speed limit and he only nosed out.

Yes we all risk our lives every day.

So whats new ?

If we were rational we would not ride bikes.

We risk harm.

It is our risk.

I'd not give it up. If it ends up killing me so be it. My choice.

Sorry for the late post but I think I watched that Very Happy Was that the dude that had the (what appeared to be a) silver R1 or CBR that ran out of petrol right at the end?
