couple of Q's

i cant find my paper part of my licence, i think it may have got thrown out, god knows how, but i got a producer the other day and i know i need it, just wondering if i go down and explain, will they be leanient with me, or take a photocopy (wich i can get off the insurance people)

this is all because i got done for 40 odd in a 30, wont go into detail, but i chose the option to take it to coart, if i go down could i grovel a little and say id rather not waste police and coart time, and money as im a student with very little income, and could i take the 3 points and the fine.. im very sorry, suckie suckie ect...

ive really fucked this one up i know, bugger, hope i dont get banned, all my problems seem to come at once
