Well you see im out of work and been wasting my money on cigs, I now have 4pound to my name and a few bits of change , just enuff for some cigs , but because ive fixed the rs , im saving it for petrol lol.

If you want to stop and your finding it difficult I know a hypnotherapist in rotherham who does it for about 80 quid and before you think Im nutts, i havnt had a cig since I saw him last october and Id tried all the nicotene replacement things.

The only reason I haven't smoked since I quit 12 years ago is that there is no way I'm going through the Hell of quitting ever again.

But you really will feel the difference after you're past the withdrawl stages.

I gave up last November. So a whole year now

I gave up for fitness rather then money but whatever your reasons its a good move. Can now play a full game of football without feeling like I could pass out any minute.

Really glad I did now. Don't want to spend my nights standing outside in the cold when the ban smoking in pubs next year.

Just stick with it. A few weeks of pain for a longer healthier life, plus nearly 2k a year extra to spend on other stuff(if your a 20 a day smoker)
