page is not coming up, im assuming its just the end can, if so 1 size up on the main jet should do it, if any thing at all, if its a free'r flowing full system then up 1 or 2
put it on and go for a quick blast and see if she is running lean, i didnt need to change my jet when i just replaced the can ____________________ the humans are dead

i'm interested in this too. (Just fitted a big one front pipe.)
as it's revving much higher now, the bike gets a sort of - i'm about to seize slowly - feeling after a sustained length of time in the powerband.
Also where does one buy the jets from? |

i dare say you will need a larger one, as to how large i couldn't tell you, i would get a selection from 1 size up to 4 sizes up from standard, and have a play,
remember to make sure you have enough 2 stroke oil flowing when you up the fuel mixture (i presume it an auto oiler) not a mix in the gas tank job.
good luck.
it looks like a nice pipe ____________________ the humans are dead

you cant really adjust the oil feed on a dt, upjeting is more a case of trial and error but for a full system you will need to upjet, and for the front pipe you will dont need to for the can tho. ____________________ 2nd time around CBT: 8/9/11

if the jets for all mikuni carbs are the same then these guys www.dirtbikestore.co.uk will sort you out, along with many over very sexy offroad bits for your dt. As far as the plug test goes, this is what dep recommend when fitting a full system, for this get a new plug, gap it right and stick it in. run the bike up 2 normal operating temp then stop it, let it cool down a bit so you dont burn your fingers then pull the plug back out and if its the proper colour then you shouldn't have anything to worry about, if its anything else it will let you know what you need to do regarding mixture adjustment or jetting. I really dont think that you need to do anything that major. ____________________ 2nd time around CBT: 8/9/11

I needed different pilot jets (Mikuni) for my Yam Quad and i just cross referenced parts from another Yam and got my local dealer to bring them in!
What is the sizes for a 06 DT when you put a front and rear pipe on as my wee bros will be doing this when warrantee is up?
