Just something that interests me...

Worst place I've been to is Crawley, used to live about 15 minutes from there, went once, never returned...

Yours?

READING, I don't know why, I guess it just all seems a bit clique to me.

Seriously though I didn't like Swindon when I went there, just seemed skanky, the town centre anyways.

Went to visit my cousin in Manchester. I didn't like it at all...dreary looking city. Also the kebabs they do are nasty, not even the dog would eat it. Would rather live here in London anyday.

But I believe the biggest hellhole is supposed to be Luton. Never been there myself, so cannot confirm.

Biggest shithole i've been to is central London. I don't know what it is about it but it depresses me. Manchester also looks a bit of a dive because everything is built from cheap red brick.

Coming from someone who lives in Bradford this is indeed a strange comment.

Bolton Evil or Very Mad Its a dump, the nightlife is wank, its full of scruffy smack heads, you cant walk down the street without getting abused by scally or Pakistani rude boys. And its just genrally a dull Northern town.

Only good thing about living in Bolton is places like Rivington are pretty nice, Belmont is a nice place. but head south towards town and it soon goes down hill.

And as for Manchester Question i thinks its nice, especially round Printworks and Gay Village for example, really nice friendly people and its a quality night out Thumbs Up

Ive got to say, the worst place i have ever been to, is without a doubt - Withernsea...

I mean wtf is this place? Its like something out of a horror film, like it has stood still the past 30/40 years. Like everyone there was frozen too, and now that the majority of sea-side resorts have dissapeared from around the UK coastline, Withernsea has re-awakened, bringing its people back to life with it.

I cant begin to explain how much of a scary place it is, just because there are still lots of people around there, enjoying it for a "Holiday Resort", the bussle of the amusement arcades, the chinging of the 2p machines, the camping parks full up with caravans...

I mean ok, Hull isnt a great place to live, but surely you could make a better choice for somewhere to go on holiday?

*shudder*

LOOK!

This is their main tourist attraction:

https://www.picturesofengland.com/pictures/250/Withernsea_1114292393.jpg

A lighthouse, situated in the middle of the blooming town, about 1/2 a mile back from the sea line. But it is only open on random days during the week, and these days are decided when and where the owner feels it important to do so...

Withernsea Pier:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/humber/content/images/2006/03/06/withernsea_pier_470x352.jpg

What this picture quite cleverly hides, is that the pier itself is crumbling away almost daily, there is a large amount of absolutely nothing to either side of it - so it looks like a sore thumb when your driving past, and the open "gate" in the middle, actually leads to nothing, its just a hole in the "Pier".

Also, the sky is never blue... and the sea is never blue there. It is always cloudy or raining, and the sea is a browny / red colour Thumbs Down

MmMmMmMmMmMmM Holiday anyone? Laughing

Swansea, so many things wrong with it. Once car crime capital of the uk (and probably the world) a derelict city center full of "£1 shops" and alcoholics sleeping in doorways. The rest of the city is continuously being dug up for no apparent reason, parking costs around a tenner a day (probably have your car broken into for good measure whilst its there too).
They've erected some new buildings near the crumbling dock yards... it looks terrible... shiny new white glass faced buildings, next to industrial ruin and decay, with a council estate backdrop (st thomas) absolutely awful city, and the council like to publicise it as a popular tourist destination, calling it "wale's european city".

Behold, Swansea's contribution to public suffering nationwide, the DVLA

https://www.aardvarkcymru.co.uk/pics/dvla.jpg

Here's a somewhat out of date site, which goes some way to explaining why the place is such a complete hole

Swansea. Oh My God that place! It's like it drains the happiness out of you!

Also, Basildon, Essex. About 13 years ago we lived on the Craylands Estate there (money probs) it was so bad my Mum used to cry until we got out of there. Apparently now it's like 10 times worse - I dread to think!

Northallerton.

Scary women and local pubs for local people. Our 'night out' consisted of a kebab in the Asda car park. Woo.

Swansea, even the welsh language knows it is shite. Swansea in welsh is called "Abertawe", which IMO directly translates to Abattoir. Ewww, horrible place.

Port Talbot is an ugly piece of poo as well.
