Granted, Japan has a nasty past, BUT, that does not alter the fact that she is VERY anti-nuke.
As for Blair, he's just a lying cunt, and is totally irrelavant to the matter discussed above, so I fail to see the connection.

they'll probably just blockade then , and buy a few updated Aegis cruisers to park north of japan.
