engine "buzzing" noise

has anyone had their engine make a "buzzing" noise Question

mine seems to be coming from the clutch/oil pump housing(its not the oil pump itself as i have checked that). my bikes a cagiva super city 125cc 2t 27,000kms approx. i took it to the bike shop today and the mechanic said it could be clutch drag, worn or shifted bearings or a problem with the big end bearing/crank. the bike runs fine apart from a loud "buzzing" noise

i did notice the rev counter jumped SLIGHTLY (up then down) when coming off the throttle when in 2nd gear, 9,000rmp approx at about 25/30mph clutch out (engine breaking) but it did not do it when in neutral! also engine was stopping when ignition was switched off with a clonk, but since riding it today (1st time in 2weeks) its stopping as per normal, but still "buzzing". any ideas what this noise could be??

While it's running try tilting the bike to the right so the gear oil dampens out the internal components.

Mechanical or electronic tacho?

im not too sure what that noise is that i described at the beginning of the topic as i have been riding it about 100kms a day for the last 3 days and there hasnt been any problems engine or performance wise, and i think the rev counter needle jumped as i had a SLIGHT look at it maybe as i went over a bump in the road and it made it look like it jumped but probably never did at all. optical illusion LOL.

CAGIVA GEZZER:
does your super city ever jump out of neutral? mine sometimes does when sitting at traffic lights (probably 2 times out of every 10), and also today when i got on it outside the shop the bike was in neutral engine off, flicked up the stand neutral light went off and it was in first gear! any ideas what that could be a sign off??
