after market exhuast can sv650

I'm wanting a exhuast can for my 2001 sv650 but dont have any idea what sort i can get I was looking at arrow or micron but there web sites are not very user friendly has anyone got some advise on what whould be a good can for me pref something I can remove the baffles out of so i can hear my money's worth.

I'd look at bike sites, rather than manufacturer-specific sites, like www.mandp.com and www.thefastone.co.uk

M4 are supposed to be the best for SV650's.

Wolf do some good ones with quiet baffles, but be aware that they do come with two baffles. One is BSi stamped and one is the actual noise reducer. Take out the noise reducer straight away and ride with the BSi baffle in it.

Sounds lovely!

Also bear in mind that the SV650SK1 exhaust system is a 1 piece system and needs to be cut to put an aftermarket exhaust on it.

Depends what finish you want / how much you can pay.

Personally, I've got a Scorpion on mine.

Try having a look on https://forums.sv650.org , there's a section devoted to exhausts...

One thing that does seem to get mentioned quite a bit on the site is that the carbon-finish cans aren't as good, something to do with the vibes from the v-twin, can't really comment on that myself though.
