The only time I have ever used one was after the birth of my daughter, in hospital
I used it every time I used the loo, so my stitches were nice and clean Surprised
Didn't want any infections down there!! Shocked

I don't think they are essential for everyday use
We have those toilet wet wipes in the bathroom, and they seem to do the trick Thumbs Up Mr. Green

They are in Asia, you're lucky if you get a spray, in most places you get a bucket & a cup...the idea being you clean your arse with your non eating hand. Its very tricky manoeuvre too, squatting over a hole, maintaining balance and cleaning yourself...there is a definate art to it...
