Ebay Help (Yes, sorry another)

I put up a listing for my sony PSP, with a buy-it-now price and some dude bought it. Great I thought, however he now wants me to ship to Nigeria, and has sent me what looks like a fake letter from Paypal 'confirming' payment. Heres the message he sent me:

Hello Seller,
I want to inform you that i have paid suficient money for the memory card,the game and the shipment to my son place in West Africa immediately i won your item, and it has been deducted on my account .And i want you to send the item to him on time because he is having his birthday this weekend and it is for the birthday present that is why i will want fast shipment to his place so that it can get there in time before this weekend.
This is his shipping address below:

Awaiting your fast response.

The e-mail isnt from paypal, as I've just checked my account and it is showing nothing of the sort, and the email has no direct links to paypal, plus it is addressed @usa.com...


What should I do now? Relist, report?

Report and Relist.

'Ebay + Nigeria' in the same sentence just means 'con'.

Report him using eBays non paying bidder section, that'll mean you're not charged for the auction ending. You can also relist it for free.

Ebay is telling me I cannot file the dispute until the 29th October, which is fair enough, but does this mean I cannot relist it till then or doesnt it make a difference?
