That would be 'trail', not trials. Trials bikes go up things.

He makes a good point.

Someone could easily use that as a 'get out' clause for buying it, even if you have put otherwise in the description.

Ive been around ebay long enough to understand how it works, and trust me, leave something like that and you will get gay'ed.
