I saw that bit. What a twat. He tried to tell the copper that he couldn't take his car, and then that he'd smash it to pieces instead. When the policeman said he'd arrest him for a public order offence if he tried, he replied with "what if I smash the windows, so the glass goes in the car?"

Any dont think its so much the police, but more that there isn't anything more they can do, i.e there isnt any tougher laws/sanctions.

I was glad to hear that the teenager in the white ford got 6months prison sentence Thumbs Up

Also, i thought the people sending in there presenting videos, were actually quite good, and the current presenters just ripped the piss out of em! I thought they were actually better than the real presenters.

I watched 5th gear last night. You have to make do with cheap immitations while Top Gear isn't on I suppose. Neutral

I agree about the presenter cometition, the current presenters are in no position to be taking the piss out of the amateur hopefulls, especially ones that weren't bad at all, just a bit plain. I did feel sorry for them.
Vicky henderson is no longer attractive, just a ropey old wanker. The blonde bloke (who thinks he's a bit of a character) knows sweet fuck all about cars and would otherwise present saturday morning kid's TV on some obscure cable channel.

here's what happened to me

A few years back I bought a van to use for work (IT Contractor)
I didn't drive it myself (no license) but my friend who drove it had a license and was covered for insurance

my contract finised at the end of sept and the new one wasnt till early nov
so when the tax ran out in October I didn't renew it there & then
thinking I won't be using it for a few weeks I'd do it in Nov and "steal" a month

well mid Oct I get a knock at the door and its the cops

"Is that your van" I answer yes
"where's the tax disk" its expired I tell them and its in the glove box
"you realise its an offence not to dispay one" yes you got me red handed

so the do me for no tax and I get an £80 fine and pay back tax

two weeks later I get a summons to go to court for No Insurance
I thought they made a mistake as the car was parked and me watching Tv
no I had to go to court and face the charges

monday moring I go to the court and wait my turn
the guy up before me was getting done with no Ins, no tax, license and he got caught out on the road

he gets fined £200 and points (3)

I go up I get £300 and 4 point's
I couldn't believe it and it turned out the guy had been done before
me, totally clear driving record except for a seatbelt fine a few years back

Justice my ass
the worse you behave the easier they go on you

A copper once tried to do my brother for having no mot, on a 3 week old car. Confused

You'd think the cop would be smart enough to know the rules himself but no the dumb fuck was adamant he was right.

He has commited offences in past and got points so the dvla create a record. These will count if he does try to obtain a licence. The points will be carried onto it.

Pay attention.

He got a £60 fine and 3 points for driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. This was an on the spot ticket.

He was reported for no insurance. This will result in a court aperance and should be accompanied by 6 points and about £200 fine.
If they reported him for both offences the court would have probably just issued points for no insurance and no further punishment for no licence.

The way they dealt with it he will get more points and fines.

His car was also seized under section 165 of the road traffic act as it was not insured and he was unlicenced.
He will not be able to get it back unless he can produce a valid licence, insurance, mot and proof of ownership.
After 14 days it will be scrapped or sold.

So he was driving with no docs....................the police stopped him........gave him points and fines...........reported him for further offences......seized his car which will probably be crushed!!!!

What the fuck are you moaning about?
