Get your foot out when your riding past him, or piss through his letterbox OR I personally would video yourself pissing/pooing on his parents car, making sure you get ther reg plate, blank your face out, chuck it on youtube and send him the addy in a non suspicous way. Like slipping it into his bag. Very Happy

I'd just hit him next time he's on your bike. Or shout 'Oi you prick, get off my steed' Then chase after him with your helmet on. Being nutted by someone with a helmet on apparently really hurts.

Stop worrying about nothing. Thumbs Up

Someone sitting on your bike is quite unlikely to damage it. If it were damaged then and you were wanting to legally get then to pay for damages then you'd be wanting to file a civil action with your local small claims court, have fun. Rolling Eyes

Just get the pics of him sitting on your bike, then just randomly wander up to him and lamp him (preferably with armoured gloves on).

If anyone asks, just tell them he was sitting on your bike, and ask how they'd feel about someone sitting in their car without permission. Job done.

Zen Dog

P.S. My dad once picked a chav up by the scruff of the neck just for sitting on someone's bike. Seemed perfectly reasonable to me. Touching other peoples bikes is a no-no.

Some chavs sat on my Moped today as well, tried telling them politely to get off but that didn’t work. Also got asked loads of questions like 'how fast you get out of it mate!' etc. Evil or Very Mad

I hope they didn’t damage anything Thumbs Up

Best do nothing. Once he realises it makes you react, he and his friends will keep on doing it do get a response. If you do nothing they won't bother to do it again. If he shows you the pics just say something neutral or even positive such as, "yeah it's quite comfy", or "i'm saving up for something bigger soon".

Something like that will make them think you aren't all that bad, or easy to wind up and if anything they will treat you and your bike with a bit of respect.

A young girl at work decided she'd have a sit on my Gixer one lunchtime when i wasn't looking - one of my workmates saw her and told me.
I was well pissed off, gixer sidestands are made of cheese and it could have easily toppled over.
The next week i went up to her and told her that a stolen bike matching mine had been involved in a fatal hit-and-run, the police had fingerprinted my bike and found her prints all over it - now she was a major suspect in the case and would need to get down to the local copshop to give a statement.
Thankfully she was young and stupid enough to believe me, and the smell of shit from her pants was worse than the smell of my bullshit!

it's a bloody 1985 CG125 not a 'busa. the alarm system would be worth more than the bike.

if you make something up about it being broken, or even if it is, he'll likely just tell you to fuck off. sad but true.
your best bet would be to just tell him to leave your bike the fuck alone. or smack him upside the chops.
