yeah deffo a 91 kx 250, found out it has a 10mm spline and the lever delivered is for a 11.25mm spline. These were 94 onwards. Just trying to sort out an exchange for the right lever. Is it best to get an alloy lever or is a steel ok? Only ride it round practice tracks.

it really depends on quality of part i,ve seen cheap alloy ones snap clean off , cheap steel ones tend to snap at welds . we,ve always fitted factory mainly for strength /fit ,if the price is low so is the quality . if you are bending yours outward lockwire carefully applied will help, also file off all sharp edges can help limit cover damage in crash . hope this helps have fun
