 |
|
Anyone know an email address of Honda's?
I know its a daft question but i've looked on their site and can't find any sodding contact details.
As i'd like to moan about a particular part.
This will be my third one since owning the NSR.
Which is getting beyond a frigging joke.
Especially when it goes and i'm in the middle of the road having to lean over and actually grabbing the cable and pulling it to keep going.
Also the speedo retainer monkey developer needs a good slap. So i might moan at that.
(i have all the sale's reciepts)
Surely there must be like a 6 month grantee on these bits of crap.
Because it annoys me, that this bike engine wise runs like a dream. (starter motor fixed itself, not works... )
But its all the other little bits that tend to go wrong!
Fools!
So an email addy to some support or technical department would help.
I'm off to order another throttle cable...
that'll be close to £100 in crappy cables and parts for this bike, in under a year...
Makes me wanna buy a CG... ____________________ Regards

Its funny you mention throttle cable.
I stripped my right hand switch gear off to makesure the engine kill switch wasn't stopping the spark.
I removed the cable and looked at it and theres about 5 strands of it left lol
Oh dear
and why is my wiring loom just falling to bits? I must have reconnected about 6 wires this morning. unplug something and the wire just snaps off in your hand. bah 13 year old shed on wheels.
Bah , bah |

They won't know. The fools!
I think Col said something about a choke cable being a different size on the R version's so its more than likely the throttle cable might be.
not that it should matter might need a bit more winding if its longer.
But if its shorter...or way to long then it'll either stay at 4k all the time or the oil won't adjust and go through correctly. So it might be best to just not bother ...
would proove more hassle than needs be...
Sorry mate.

Get ste to sell it for you.
It will make a change for him to sell something worth selling instead of his empty beer cans... ____________________ Regards
