You'll have to contact the DVLA about your theory test, and the center where you took the CBT for the other bit... It will help if you've been sensible and kept a copy of any reference numbers from the previous documents.

Contact the DVLA about it. Do a google search if you don't know who they are - they'll be the first result.

Expect them to charge you for the new certificates.

You rarely need theory pass certificate (unless you passed like yesterday and planning to give practical test tomorrow). Twisted Evil
CBT certificate would be re-issued by the place where you took it. There's approx. a £15 charge !

Cheers,
Dew

Of course you need your theory certificate when you take your test...

Unless I misunderstood what you were saying.

Well, I think the theory testing authority passes back the data to DVLA and if it's been done, they dont ask you to show the same.
I did theory test for both car (in 2003) and bike (last month) and both time I gave test after couple of weeks. Never been asked to show the certificate. Twisted Evil

Granted I did my tests almost 2 years ago, but I needed them for both.

You do need to take your theory pass certificate with you when you take your test as you have to show it, you also need the certificate number in order to book your test.

When you take your practical test you need your theory test certificate and also your CBT pass on the day. DSA will send copy of your theory but will cost you. Also go back to your test centre for your CBT, they charge £25 here. I know someone who was truned away for not having one/both with him.
