You all should know by now that Zim and I are having an engagement party over at my house on the 16th of August. Everyone is welcome to come and it's easy to get here since it's a (almost) straight cut root into Central London.

The easiest way to get here would be to hook onto the A40 and come out at the very last exit, which will bring you onto Gloucester Terrace. Alternatively you could just get the train to Paddington or King's cross and then get on the Hammersmith and City Line train to Westbourne Park.

So there you have it, the date is set. Now all we need is for you lot to turn up!

Fuckwittery permitting, I'll have a safe underground parking space by then (I live just round the corner) that we can fit some bikes in for those who are riding.

You know what's worse? Saturday night is packed out with cars round here. Mind you during the day spaces do free up and like Bendy said (referring to the yellow line because after 8 f-ck the traffic wardens) there's loads of space all the way up my road between the residential parking areas... As long as the bikes are chained up together you have nothing to worry about. Plus I'm sure that since my Dad has the back garden filled up with a load of crap he likes to call plants (it's like a jungle out there) we'll be using the front patio entrance thing as an outside seating area, so you'll be able to keep a close eye on things.

The only thing that you'll really have to worry about is the evil women next door who likes to think she owns the whole street. The guy from a couple of doors down recently told my Father that she's been doing her nutt about Richard's SR being parked outside by our gate. Apparently she's so obsessed over it that she sounds like she's mentally ill o O (heh not too far from the truth then...). Either way if she does decide to be a super A class moo, Zim and I will deal with her.

Forget the bus, you'd either have to get the number 7 from Tottenham Court Road (which will take a good 30 minutes or more considering it's on a Saturday and Oxford Street will be packed out) or you'd have to change busses and then walk. It's easier to get the train from Great Portland Street. It'll leave you on my road and will take you a grand total of 15 mins.

Get the train... Easier, so much easier. It'll take you about 30 mins to get here from Reading, or if you're lucky even less.

I like the sounds of that! Although we would all need to be in bike gear when we do it! Laughing

Seriously 'The Elephant' - as my family like to call her - hates bikes. There used to be this old man who lived upstairs that had this beautiful old classic. He never rode it, but he'd be out every Sunday cleaning it. He'd keep it in the exactly same place where Richard puts his bike now (we're getting him residential parking for this month so that she can't do jack). Of course this didn't go down well with her, so she decided that she'd move hell and earth for it to disappear from her sight. In the end she won and the old man had to get rid of his bike because he had no other place to put it.

My neighbour says I'm 'lowering the tone of the whole street' Laughing Stuck up prick. Apparently a rusted old VW bongo van is ok to park there, but a mint sportsbike isnt Rolling Eyes

But, very soon I'm gonna have a car-sized bay out the back - can park what the fuck I like in it as long as it stays within the bay \o/ So that's 5 or 6 bikes then...

Hopefully be in within the week then the neighbours and Westminster Parking Nazis can all go to hell Twisted Evil Oh yeah, and it's got an electric door so I can pretend to be nighthawk Cool
