I'm somewhat pleased that he emphasized just shifting your body weight off the bike, since that's what I always did when in 'attack mode'. I couldn't get my knee down due to lack of knee protection other than my jeans, but it felt right and it improved my cornering smoothness and confidence greatly.

first time i've watched that video. but what he was saying about not twisting your body by dropping your shoulder. I may try that when i corner as i always feel twisted.

I've always tried to do that anyway, bringing my head and torso over to the edge of the screen, it just makes sense. Quite nice to have it laid out like that though, good video.
