I've decided I'm definitely going to get one of these two bikes as my first 50, but I don't know which one. As far as I know:

The Senda is better because it's easier to ride and learn on and the kick-start is more reliable than the GPR's electric.

The GPR is better because it's faster, looks better and has helmet storage.

Is there anything else I should know?

nothing unreliable about electric start, and if it does die 50s are piss easy to bump.

Go for whatever one you like best, a 50 is a 50.

Probably the Senda. Just makes more sense for the shitty weather/getting away from police in the woods

Senda, Costs less WHEN you drop it.

People say that the GPR has a more powerful engine, but thats bollox. Same engine, just different L/H case to fit the electric start and a different magneto for the e,ectric start. Infact, senda is more powerful as it does not have the balancer shaft.

If you get one, buy a metrakit pipe and makesure you jet it correctly.

Buy a 19mm or 21mm Dell'orto carb, PHBH i think.

Metrakit have just brought out a new cylinder kit, looks rather hot.

Have fun. My senda was great.
