Like any solicitor they are there to make money. I’ve no issue with that, what I do have issues with is paying for poor service. Thankfully, the folks at White Dalton are far far from that.

From my initial call to them about a month ago until now, there service has been second to none. I’m updated at every opportunity. Any telephone conversations are put in writing. They are happy to spend time explaining things over and over. They call you back when they say they will. The number is a direct landline to a solicitor. I really couldn’t have asked for more.

The only occasion I wasn’t able to speak to my solicitor (she was off sick three days) I was put through to her colleague, Andrew. It wasn’t until I’d spoken with him the third time I realised that he wasn’t just another solicitor, he was actually the senior partner. In fact the ‘Dalton’ of White Dalton itself!

Anyway, I had a very pleasant phone call this morning. Rhiannon has agreed £4500 for the bike and £705 for my lid, leathers and boots. She has also arranged for physiotherapy for me and organised collection of the scrap bike.

Fantastic

I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I used them when I got knocked off my bike on the M6 last year.

Couldn't fault them. They managed to get the 3rd party to settle out of court, and I got best part of £2500 for my scratched SRAD, whilt keeping the bike. Repairs cost me £300. Smile

I get emails from them every week, ever since I picked up a card at a show which has a number on it, every week a random number gets picked out and you could win a bike.

Yup - White Dalton really do know their stuff. I know quite a few people who've had the misfortune to need their services, and the outcomes have been favourable.

I really hope nobody ever needs their help, but if the worst happens, I'll be on the phone to them PDQ.
